Professional Experience
She operates mainly in the following areas:
- real estate law (due diligence; contracts; strategic consultancy and legal assistance, even on an ongoing basis, for purchase and sale on the free market, pre-auction and at auction; consultancy and assistance for administrative law issues relating to urban-construction problems ; assistance and defense in court for real estate executions, eviction proceedings and claims);
- corporate law (strategic consultancy and legal assistance, including ongoing; preparation of corporate documents; assistance and defense in court);
- contracts and concessions for works, supplies and public services (tender procedures, qualifications, assignments, awards, executions);
- energy law (with particular reference to the procedures for recognizing incentives for the use of electricity produced from renewable sources).

It also deals with the drafting of pro veritate opinions, investigating specific issues relating to real estate law and administrative law. Since 2021, she has been teaching the Law of Local Authorities course for Cammino Diritto S.r.l., an innovative start-up with a social vocation, active in the online publishing sector, with an ANVUR legal journal and a high-level legal training platform.
Since 2016, she has been lecturer in the subject for the chair of Financial Markets Law, at the Department of Law and economics of productive activities, University of Rome "La Sapienza".
Prior to join with BridgeLaw, she collaborated with a legal boutique in Rome, supporting the founder and senior partners in legal, extrajudicial and judicial assistance and consultancy, in civil and administrative law, for important private companies, banking institutions and public bodies. This experience, in addition to increasing and consolidating her professional skills, has refined her personal skills, thanks to the daily confrontation with leading national and international realities, also for the management of complex negotiations and transactions.

Representative experiences
Ongoing assistance to companies active in the following sectors: training in real estate, publishing, technological innovation and real estate (investments / brokerage / purchase and management of mortgage loans), carrying out, in direct contact with and in support of the management bodies, the following activities: legal verification and monitoring of business processes; strategic consulting; reporting of regulatory updates of interest; due diligence and real estate contracts; contracts with customers and suppliers; drafting of opinions; participation in defensive strategies and management of legal disputes also entrusted to other law firms in relation to: real estate enforcement procedures, pre-auction purchases, judicial auctions, procedures pursuant to Law 3/2012.
Legal assistance and consultancy activities, in favor of a real estate company, for the purchase of a significant real estate complex under construction (strategic and legal consultancy; drafting of corporate resolutions approving the operation, drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, contract definitive purchase agreement, share transfer agreement, discussions with banking institutions, assistance in stipulating the definitive agreement).
Collaboration in legal assistance and consultancy activities in favor of private companies, for the preparation of administrative documentation and contracts, in the event of subcontracting and / or availing, necessary for participation in tender procedures for the award of public contracts, interviews and requests for clarification from the Contracting Authority, as well as in the event of sub-proceedings during the tender phase. Collaboration in legal assistance and consultancy activities before the Administrative Justice Bodies, in favor of the national public entity in charge of promoting electricity produced from renewable sources, through the provision of economic incentives and the activity of verifying the correct conduct of beneficiary operators, in multiple appeals filed by subjects to whom the aforementioned economic incentives have been denied or revoked by way of self-protection, at the outcome of the verification. Professional collaboration for legal assistance and consultancy activities, also before the administrative justice bodies, in favor of a public economic body set up to favor industrial settlement in certain areas of the national territory.
Collaboration in legal assistance and consultancy activities, before the Administrative and Ordinary Justice Bodies of the Civil sector, for primary banking institutions, motorway concessionaires and radio operators.
