Our professionals have a vast experience in handling legal, regulatory and commercial disputes before both civil and administrative courts, and regularly assist Italian and foreign clients (corporate entities and individuals) in all stages and degrees of legal proceedings, including before the Italian Supreme Court and State Council.

We apply a great care in gathering all information, data, documents and other sources of evidence needed to prepare the legal action in order to provide our clients with a clear and accurate understanding of the legal and factual setting, as well as the risks, costs and timing of the proceedings, so as to set the strategy in an efficient and pragmatic manner.

• public procurement law (challenge of exclusion from tenders/ tender awards)
