She has solid and articulated experience in governance, statutory audit and regulatory and tax compliance, including control and supervisory systems under Legislative Decree 231/2001.
She holds positions in Panels of Statutory Auditors, Board of Directors and Supervisory Boards in multiple industries, including real estate, construction, pharmaceutical, energy and infrastructure. She is currently a member of the Panel of Statutory Auditors of a leading credit institution specializing in wealth management, a trust company, a factoring company controlled by a major Italian banking group, a public company operating in the waste disposal sector, and a pharmaceutical wholesaler. She is also a member of Supervisory Boards in several corporate entities operating in different economic sectors.
In all the above contexts, she supports corporate bodies in assessing risks, supervising decision-making processes and verifying the adequacy of organizational, administrative and accounting structures.
Professional experience
She has experience in advising on extraordinary transactions, accounting and tax due diligence, tax opinions, tax compliance, drafting organizational models, preparing merger plans (including reverse) and business plans in corporate crisis contexts.
She also acted as certifier (asseveratore) of recovery plans in the context of corporate restructuring procedures and reverse merger plans, attesting to the truthfulness of company data and economic-financial feasibility of plans.
She has acted both as a sole practitioner and as part of professional firms. Her most recent collaboration was with Studio Associato Colombo, Galli, Sole, Massara and Partners, later merged into the Baker Tilly network.
