Professional Experience
Prior to join BridgeLaw, he was a legal team coordinator of an important law firm in Rome, practicing in administrative and civil disputes, advising and assisting important clients in the public procurement/concession, energy, telecommunication, transportation and gaming sectors. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Special Register of Lawyers allowed to practise before the Court of Cassation and other higher Courts, where he regularly represents clients. Earlier in his carrier, he served as Officer in the Finance Police, in the Legal Office of the General Command. Admitted to bar since 1998.
In the communications area, he advises important national and international companies on a wide range of sectors including mobile telephony, television, broadcasting infrastructures, Internet, intellectual property, sale and exploitation of television rights.
In the transportation domain, he assists clients in various sets of concession relations, in particular motorways and airport sectors. He is equally experienced in all aspects of regulated markets, with particular focus to the public works, services and supplies sectors as well as energy (renewable sources) industry. He also advises national and international gaming companies in the access to market and various jurisdictions. His professional experience extends to legal opinion pro-veritate issuing in corporate, public, administrative and regulatory law as well as to the participation in numerous arbitration procedures, drafting relative documents and issuing awards.

Representative cases:

• Assisting several broadcasting equipment supplier companies in public tenders held by Italian Public Radio Television (RAI) as well as by various Government Administrations and other Contracting Authorities;
• Assisting and defending an important client in the motorway sector before administrative courts regarding multinational companies operating in the motorway, oil and fast food sectors;
• Assisting companies for the assignment of motorway service areas;
• Assisting a company concessionaire of motorway against national associations of construction companies, for the in-house awarding of motorway building works;
• Assisting a company concessionaire of motorway against international and national environmental associations, for the construction of an important motorway section;
• Assisting before ordinary and administrative courts leading British companies in the gaming sector, against the Regulatory authority and leading Italian operators, regarding access to the national market;
• Assisting before ordinary and administrative courts an airport concession holder against other operators regarding the awarding of a concession, and against a world leader in the low cost air transport sector, for decisions taken by the sector's regulatory body;
• Assisting national public body for promoting electricity generated from renewable sources, granting economic incentives and checking the conduct of beneficiaries;
• Assisting real estate companies in purchase/sale operations from leasing companies/banks and in the legal management of their real estate assets.
