Bridgelaw Partners has advised Mapa, a leading multinational group headquartered in Turkey, operating in construction and engineering, hospitality, aviation and energy, in the acquisition of prime land and properties located in Costa Smeralda, in the municipality of Palau.

The project is aimed at developing and enhancing the area as part of the group's activities in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

Bridgelaw Partners advised Mapa with a multidisciplinary team led by its founder  Gianluca Benedetti, with attorneys Francesco Maria di Majo for administrative and urban planning and Giuseppina d’Auria for  due diligence and corporate matters.
