Our tax practice area covers the whole spectrum of corporate taxes (corporate income-tax, value added tax, international tax treaties, EU directives), with an emphasis on M&A and extraordinary transactions, private equity, real estate funds and transactions, business reorganizations, tax and financial planning.

We also assist clients in tax litigation and tax ruling procedures involving the tax administration.
